Hella cray cray

You should all know by now how much I love making these mash-ups of my favorite stuff from tumblr
Moodboards or whatever. I went for whatever the heck was going through my mind this morning and ended
up with those two psychedelic'ish collages. Tye-dye is my lover right now, and mint is most likely the color of
my aura. And if I could be wearing anything right now, it would be a t-shirt with a Hindu god printed on it.
And weed-printed socks. Yeah, I definitely would go for those. Don't get me wrong, I don't consume the
stuff. I just like the way those kick-ass socks look. I've been so keen on green (that rhymes, lol),
 it's hella cray cray.

places

HOW awesome are my friends' shorts? Pretty rad, I know. I bet they'll love to find their butts on my lil'

blog here (luv you, guyz, dnt b madz <3). So, we hung out yesterday to celebrate M's

birthday, went bowling (which I utterly sucked at, as I simply can't aim right), and stuffed our faces with

pizza and ice cream afterwards. FUN FUN FUN. I'm a sucker for ice cream, it's crazy. I'd obviously

brought my camera with me and snapped these few shots of buildings and trees. I love taking pictures of

people, but everyone needs to photograph immobile things from time to time for a change. Too bad I don't

have any pictures of myself, as I'd simply loove to show you yet another floral headpiece I wore yesterday

(I've got, like, a dozen of them in a box in the very middle of my bedroom; I made 'em all several weeks

ago, I simply love fake flowers (you probably know that I'm not a big fan of real ones)). I'll do that some

other time, keep yo' eyes open!

soft spring

I've been busy lately, so I couldn't make any outfit posts, but don't worry- I'll shoot and upload some looks

this weekend. Meanwhile, here are some random snaps from the last couple of days. Mother nature's been

beautiful lately, definitely turns my mood around and makes me smile.

Also, you can now shop away at www.sheinside.com and get a 20% discount by entering the coupon code

 EMI20

at checkout (it's available until the 30th of April!!). It's one of my favorite online stores, so I really

recommend it to you! Their selection of items is fab! Here are some favorites of mine:

black and white soy milk

Above are some black & white test shots I did with my new lens.

Friday evening. It's such a sad rainy day, one of those that you really don't want to spend outside. I didn't.

Except when I had gym earlier today, playing hockey while it's raining doesn't seem like a joyful thought to

me, I don't know how the teachers see it. Anyway, last week-end, I invited a friend over to make some

coconut cookies, they came out remarkably tasty. I've been keen on sweet food after drinking lots of vanilla

soy milk. Yum.

I don't think this is an actual outfit post, but you can still see parts of what I wore the other day. As I have

mentioned before, it's really cold and rainy, doesn't seem like winter's coming to an end yet.

flavoring

I don't usually make posts about food, and I don't usually make food anyway, but this is a special case, and a

true emergency, because this dessert and this hot chocolate, my friends, are just great, and I've been

requested to make a post on how I make them anyway, so here.

vanillawhippedcreambanananut&cinnamon

You'll need:

- Cream; you can make it whipped if you have a mixer, or you can buy industrial whipped cream

- Bananas; the amount depends on the amount of portions you want

- Nuts

- Cinnamon

What to do:

- Cut the bananas in small slices and put some in the bottom of your cup.

- Cover the bananas with nuts, whipped cream and one more layer of bananas

- Put more whipped cream and add cinnamon

- Put into your fridge for 15 minutes

- Eat!

caramel&whippedcream hot chocolate

Put some cacao powder into your cup, pour some hot water and then cold milk on it. Don't forget the

whipped cream and caramel! It's just that easy!

note: as delicious as I thought this was, it is rather a big quantity of vanillawhippedcreambanananut&cinnamon

dessert that I made, so feel free to make your portions smaller! Enjoy!

the essentials

It just snowed for the very first time here, in Brussels. I don't like to call that wet rain-like thing 'snow', but I

guess there is just no other way to describe it. The weather's been getting really cold lately, but I'm not feeling

the Christmas mood that I usually am filled with, by this time of the year. I suppose it's going to be different

this year, unless it starts snowing like hell and if winter catches up with itself. There are about nine days left

until Christmas, so it better hurry.

While waiting for that, I've repetitively been making myself cups of hot chocolate with whipped cream and

caramel on top, it's like love in a cup. So I'm currently drinking my hot chocolate, reading the December issue

of Paris Vogue and hoping for more snow.

winter wishlist

Here's my wishlist for this winter. Mainly basics, I know. A lot of brown, maroon, black and mustard

yellow, a lot of platform shoes, knits and leather. I'd die to get these wedge buckle shoes from modekungen

For me, they're even better than the JC litas that are still so 'in' even after about a year of being in the fashion

world. Anyway, I probably just reached a personal record of 3-days-without-posting for these few months,

ha, I just had to take a short break, I'm sick and tired of tests in school and all that studying, they take away

most of my free time, but I should stop complaining about it all the time, it doesn't get me anywhere.

ps: I forgot to state the sources of these items, but feel free to ask me in the comments, I'll try to answer!

14. me and AkvilÄ—

15. random building

16. At Starbucks

I went thrift shopping with AkvilÄ—, and we spent the whole day in town and had a lot of fun. The second hand

store we went to was a place I've never been before, and it was amazing to see so many vintage garments in

one place, I mean the store is huge as hell. It's crazy how you could actually touch an old 80's sweater and

imagine an entire story behind it. There also were loads of Dr. Martens, including dark blue ones that were

approximately my size (cost something like 40 bucks), but I decided to think about whether I should really

get them or not. After that, we made it to starbucks and enjoyed our hot chocolate (for me) and tea (for her),

while talking about random stuff and warming ourselves up before a long walk around the centre of the city

again.
